Support of instructor led training events usually includes design of the training approach and content as well as the deliverables of lesson plans, participant’s guides and training aids. Training Aids usually include PowerPoint presentations. While each instructor will vary in their delivery, the objective of the instructor led material is to stabilize the training event by having usable documentation of the training process.
